These terms apply to your use of seosuggest.net and the free tools published on it. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the tools.
What we provide
seosuggest.net publishes free web-based SEO tools. They are offered as they are, at no charge, with no account and no contract. We may change, add or withdraw any tool at any time, and we may limit or suspend access if the service is being abused.
Acceptable use
These tools request pages from other people’s websites on your instruction. That carries a responsibility, and by using them you agree to the following.
- Only analyse or crawl websites that you own, or that you have permission to audit, or that are publicly accessible and where such analysis is reasonable.
- Do not use the tools to place a burden on any third-party website, to circumvent access controls, or to gather content in breach of somebody else’s terms of service or copyright.
- Do not attempt to bypass the rate limits, automate requests at volume, resell access, or use the service in a way that degrades it for others.
- Do not use the tools for anything unlawful.
We may block access where we believe these terms are being broken, without notice.
No warranty and no professional advice
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result they produce is complete or correct. Results depend on what third-party websites return, which is outside our control.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. Scores, densities and recommendations are automated measurements of structure. They cannot tell you whether a business decision is a good one, and search engine behaviour changes without notice. Use your own judgement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, traffic, rankings, data or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, these tools, whether or not we were advised such loss was possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The design, text and code of this website belong to its operator. You are welcome to use the output of the tools – keyword lists, sitemap files, reports – for any purpose, including commercially. That output is yours.
Any plugin offered for download from this site is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, and you may use, modify and redistribute it under those terms.

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for that site’s content or its practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, dated at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
