This page explains which cookies seosuggest.net uses. The answer is shorter than most cookie policies, because the tools were built not to need them.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store, so it can recognise the browser on a later visit. Related technologies such as local storage do a similar job.

Cookies we set

None for the tools. Using the sitemap extractor, sitemap generator, keyword density checker or title analyser sets no cookie and writes nothing to your browser’s storage. The tools keep their state in memory only, which is why results disappear when you close or reload the tab.

Cookies WordPress may set

This site runs on WordPress, which sets a small number of strictly functional cookies in specific circumstances:

• If you leave a comment and tick the box to be remembered, WordPress stores your name, email address and website so you do not have to retype them. These last up to one year and can be declined by leaving the box unticked.
• If you log in as a site administrator, WordPress sets authentication cookies. These apply only to people with an account on this site, not to ordinary visitors.

These are necessary for the features they support and are not used for tracking or advertising.

Third-party cookies

We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels, or analytics services that set cookies. No third party sets a cookie through this site.

One external request is worth mentioning even though it involves no cookie: the site may load a typeface from Google Fonts, which makes your IP address visible to Google as part of that request. This is covered in the privacy policy, and the site owner can turn it off.

Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking the functional cookies above will not stop the tools working, since they do not use any.

Changes

If we ever add something that sets a cookie, this page will be updated before it goes live and will name what it is and what it does.
